Gyokucho 373 - a professional crosscut dozuki, an accurate saw with a very thin plate and a full length spine used for similar tasks to a western carcase saw; trimming components to final length, defining the shoulders of half laps and housings etc.

Gyokucho Bluehard Ryoba 240mm blades are designed for precise and careful work, they have a slightly shallower angle on the toothline making them less aggressive than a standard ryoba and the sawplate is heat treated to be a little stiffer.

Japanese Saw Roll
Made exclusively for us by Gyokucho, these saw rolls have 5 leafed compartments designed to prevent the blades touching when stored and carried. These are further protected by the external wrapper which folds over the opening and ties with woven tapes. Made from a natural canvas which is tough and hardwearing with a closely woven texture to avoid the saw teeth from snagging.
Will happily store any of our Japanese Saws with blade lengths from 210mm to 300mm.
