Taper ground sawplate and unset teeth give the cleanest possible finish on living trees to encourage rapid healing and minimise infection.
Size of the tooth becomes smaller as it gets closer to the handle, giving you a smooth start and then a more powerful cut as you progress to cutting with full strokes.
Electroless nickel plating shrugs off sap and resin and provides some protection against corrosion, for best effect please keep the blade clean and lightly oiled.
