Refund and Returns Policy
All Workshop Heaven products are warranted against faulty materials and workmanship for the duration of the customer's life unless clearly stated on the product listing. Consumables are excepted, but please expect your glues and finishes to be fresh, and files, rasps and blades to have a long service life.
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe (officially 30 days) and we will happily exchange or refund it.
It's important that all returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging. If you change your mind about your purchase, it can make your return easier and quicker to administer if you send back the item as soon as possible.
Please send us an email or give us a call in advance of any return so we are expecting your parcel and include your order number and contact details in the return parcel.
If you return items which are outside our Refund and Returns Policy, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee, and/or refund in the form of a credit note.
Right to Cancel
Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your goods.
Goods must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging along with any promotional items to the address shown below at your cost informing us of your wish to cancel. Please include your name, phone number, email address and order number. Please retain a proof of postage.
We will refund the basic delivery costs of getting the goods to you, so if you opted for an enhanced service e.g.: guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic standard delivery cost. We do not refund your return delivery costs under your Right to Cancel.

Faulty Products
If the product is faulty, please return the item the cheapest way possible e.g. 2nd Class Post (please retain a proof of postage) unless advised otherwise by us, and once the fault has been confirmed your postage will also be refunded.
This excludes the products listed as exceptions below, unless faulty or not as described, which we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:
* special order products which are not listed on our website
* custom made products

Refund Procedure
If you return a faulty product to us we'll refund the original debit/credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
If the product is faulty, and has been returned the cheapest way possible (e.g. 2nd Class post), we will refund the return postage. If you choose to return the parcel by a more expensive means, we will only refund you to the value of 2nd Class post.
If you return items which are outside our Refund and Returns Policy, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee, and/or refund in the form of a credit note.
