Worried about duplicate gifts or buying the wrong thing?
Relax, any purchases made at www.workshopheaven.com between 11 November and 23 December 2024 are covered by our extended Christmas Returns policy and can be returned as late as 31 January 2025 for a refund direct to the original payment method.
For purchases made from 13:00 23 December 2024 onwards, our normal refund policy applies.

Workshop Heaven products are warranted against faulty materials and workmanship for the duration of the customer's life unless clearly stated on the product listing.
We are justifiably proud of the quality of our products and the service that we provide. Should an item purchased from Workshop Heaven EVER fail to perform as advertised, fail through faulty workmanship or materials or fail to give complete satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to repair, replace or issue a full or partial refund for the item as necessary.
Pre-used items, Schtickle and consumables are excepted, but please expect your glues and finishes to be fresh, and files, rasps and blades to have a long service life. Certain items, special individual listings, handmade items, reconditioned or pre-owned, may not be covered by this warranty but each will be clearly marked on the product listing. Management's decision is final; the customer’s statutory rights are not affected.
The Customer's Responsibilities:
Using tools is inherently dangerous. Using hand or power tools improperly or ignoring standard safety practices can lead to serious personal injury or even death.
NEITHER WORKSHOP HEAVEN NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE CUSTOMER'S WORKING PRACTICES.
We want you to enjoy the craft, so please keep safety foremost in your mind at all times, wear appropriate personal protection equipment, and if something about an operation doesn't feel safe - don't do it!
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Apple Pay.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When you receive an order confirmation, this will let you know that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Knives and Age Restricted Products
Some items we sell are age restricted, each clearly marked in the product description, as they are subject to Section 141A of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 which makes it an offence to sell them to a person under 18 years.
As such, we reserve the right to carry out age verification checks and if we have been unable to satisfactorily confirm your age by other means, you will be contacted by email and asked to send to us proof of your age and delivery address in the form of a copy of your driving licence/passport plus name and address details from a utility bill (all other elements such as photo can be redacted).
To ensure there is no delay in receiving your order – you may email a photo or scan, clearing showing your name, (billing) address and age to sales@workshopheaven.com when placing your order.
Only when we have verified you are over 18 will your order will be shipped. A note will be added to your account, the image will be deleted, and you will not be asked to provide it again.
If your order contains any of these items and is sent via Royal Mail – it is required we use their Age Verification Service. An adult over 18, prepared to show ID, will be required to receive and sign for the delivery.
Please note, we do not to deliver ANY knives or restricted items to school addresses.

Foreign Currency Purchases
If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, your order will be billed in Pounds Sterling. When placing an order in another currency, please note that the rates shown are only a guide to the costs in your chosen currency and you will be billed by your card issuer at the exchange rate at the point of sale and which may, or may not, include a transaction fee.
When payment is taken through PayPal or your credit/debit card provider, the order amount in Pounds Sterling will be converted to your local currency using the current exchange rate. This means that the amount in your local currency billed to your card or PayPal account could vary from total shown on your invoice.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed, to the amount specified, towards the purchase of products sold on our website (www.workshopheaven.com) for orders placed online or over the phone.
- Gift Voucher codes to be added to the Shopping Cart prior to proceeding to Checkout.
- Gift vouchers are valid for one year from purchase date. Any unused amounts will expire from date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
- Discount codes or vouchers do not apply to the purchase of Gift vouchers.
- Gift vouchers cannot be used to buy Workshop Heaven gift vouchers.
- If the order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher(s), the balance must be paid by credit/debit card/Paypal.
- If you return items purchased with a gift voucher, we will credit the value of the item back to the original voucher code. No cash refunds will be given.
- Gift voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and cannot be used retrospectively.
- Some products available for sale on the Workshop Heaven website may not be purchased by persons under 18.
- Gift vouchers are be sent automatically by email Free of charge.
- Normal Workshop Heaven Terms and Conditions of purchase apply.
Discount codes
- Discount code will be applied to qualifying purchases at www.workshopheaven.com.
- Discount codes do not apply to shipping costs.
- Discount codes are not valid on certain products including, but not limited to; those already discounted, some bundles/sets, Schtickle listings , gift certificates or on products delivered directly from suppliers.
- Discount codes are valid only for a limited time which will be specified at the time of issue.
- Only one discount code per transaction.
Schtickle
Schtickle is a section for all the odds and ends: end of line, imperfects, returns, discontinued items, damaged or incomplete items, samples and other Schtickle.
Rules of Schtickle:
- We will endeavour to ensure that all Schtickle items are accurately listed including any defects.
- If a single item is in more than one persons basket - the first to check out gets it.
- If you are not satisfied with your Schtickle item you must notify us within 14 days, thereafter - you own it!
- Schtickle items are NOT covered by our usual Workshop Heaven lifetime warranty.
- Workshop Heaven discount codes don't work during Schtickle.
- The Schtickle section may appear and disappear at will, depending on how much Schtickle we have.
- We cannot take phone orders for Schtickle.
Product Export Restrictions
Due to retail exclusivity restrictions, we are unable to ship Quangsheng products to North America.
Holtey Planes
There are pre-owned items and therefore are not covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
Tax Charges
For orders delivered to the UK (except Jersey* and Guernsey* - when you need to chose the appropriate 'Country' field in your address and VAT will be deducted accordingly ), 20% VAT is included. All our prices displayed on the website include UK VAT at 20%. If you have a valid VAT Number, please enter it on check out. Orders shipped to all other locations are VAT free.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Standard Delivery Information
Free UK shipping for orders over £100 (inc VAT). UK orders under £100 start at £4.90 (inc VAT).
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday on the same working day. At busy times, orders with Free Shipping may be despatched the following working day.
We do not process orders over the weekend or on Bank Holidays, so if you place your order after 1pm on Friday and throughout the weekend, we will despatch it to you on the next working day.
UK (inc Highlands & Islands) Delivery Information – FREE shipping for orders over £100
FREE shipping is offered on orders over £100 to all UK postcodes (inc Highlands & Islands).
When Free Shipping is chosen it will be sent the cheapest way possible and although the majority will get to you in 1-3 days working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. If you require your order sooner, please choose a paid service.
UK Delivery Information – Orders under £100
Workshop Heaven offers delivery options using Royal Mail and tracked courier services. You will be offered the following services:
Royal Mail
- Tracked 24 - this service aims to deliver the next working day but is not guaranteed.
- £4.90 up to 1.5kg, £5.90 over 1.5kg
DHL
- UK Express - next possible working day - £9 up to 10kg weight. Prices increase incrementally by each kg over 10kg.
- UK Express by 12 - next possible working day by 12pm (noon). Prices depend on weight.
Specific prices and service options are shown at shopping cart and checkout dependent on chosen method, postcode and weight of the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Products delivered to destinations outside the UK may, depending on value, be subject to export and import formalities, taxes, VAT, fees, duties or other charges. These are imposed by your local authority.
Taxes and duties will be calculated and charged at checkout for ease of delivery. Please note, the total charge includes a handling fee imposed by the courier. Please contact us should you wish to pay for local taxes, duties and charges locally.
We would strongly advise contacting your local customs office for further information and this website should provide more information and links that may be of use.
International Delivery Timescales
An economy service is available to some countries. If our economy option is selected, your parcel will be sent with either Royal Mail or Samos-E, who will hand your parcel to your local mail service for delivery. All duties and taxes are pre-paid for convenience.
Please allow up to 8 business days for economy delivery within Europe. Customers in western Europe can expect this to be less. Other destinations may take longer depending on local services.
Please select DHL if you require your purchase on the next possible business day. This will vary depending on the destination country.

Damaged Parcel
If the parcel is damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and ask the courier to return the goods to us. Please contact us at support@workshopheaven.com to let us know, so we can promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
Proof of Delivery
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
We or the courier accept no liability if you, the customer, asks for, or make arrangements with, the courier to have your parcel left anywhere without the need to provide your signature as proof of receipt.
The courier will ask you to complete and sign an authorisation which states “I hereby accept the DHL Terms and Conditions and authorise DHL to deliver my shipment as specified. I release DHL and my Shipper (Workshop Heaven) from all liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivering the shipment according to my request.”
Asking for a parcel to be left in “safe place” is done so entirely at your own risk and we are not responsible if the parcel is not found where you asked it to be left.
Undeliverable Parcels
We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses input by you, the customer, at the point of check out. Please double check the delivery address carefully when placing your order.
Occasionally parcels are returned to us as undeliverable after failed delivery attempt(s). When we receive a parcel back as undeliverable, we’ll issue a full refund, including the delivery costs unless the address you provided us was incorrect, or the parcel was refused by the recipient, in which case only the cost of goods will be refunded.
If you'd still like to purchase the items in that undelivered parcel, you will need to place a new order. If this repeat order, to that same address, is then returned to us a second time as undeliverable, we will only refund the cost of the goods, and not the delivery charges.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are auto sent by email free of charge.
Refund and Returns Policy

It's important that all returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging. If you change your mind about your purchase, it can make your return easier and quicker to administer if you send back the item as soon as possible.
Please send us an email or give us a call in advance of any return so we are expecting your parcel and include your order number and contact details in the return parcel.
If you return items which are outside our Refund and Returns Policy, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee, and/or refund in the form of a credit note.
Right to Cancel
Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your goods.
Goods must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging along with any promotional items to the address shown below at your cost informing us of your wish to cancel. Please include your name, phone number, email address and order number. Please retain a proof of postage.
We will refund the basic delivery costs of getting the goods to you, so if you opted for an enhanced service e.g.: guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic standard delivery cost. We do not refund your return delivery costs under your Right to Cancel.

Faulty Products
If the product is faulty, please return the item the cheapest way possible e.g. 2nd Class Post (please retain a proof of postage) unless advised otherwise by us, and once the fault has been confirmed your postage will also be refunded.
This excludes the products listed as exceptions below, unless faulty or not as described, which we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:
* special order products which are not listed on our website
* custom made products

Refund Procedure
If you return a faulty product to us we'll refund the original debit/credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
If the product is faulty, and has been returned the cheapest way possible (e.g. 2nd Class post), we will refund the return postage. If you choose to return the parcel by a more expensive means, we will only refund you to the value of 2nd Class post.
