A superb set of Wm Ridgway 240 Jennings pattern auger bits in wonderful condition, one is still sealed in its packet. 4 to 12 by sixteenths then to 1 by eighths plus a huge 1½" (you'll need a brace with a reasonable throw to drive the big fella).
Established in 1878 and based first in Rockingham Street and later Edward Street, Wm Ridgway became one of Sheffield’s most prolific manufacturers of wood boring tools. Thanks to their excellent natural stability, Jennings pattern auger bits tend to be the preferred choice of furniture makers.
