A professional quality hardened stainless steel rule with hard chrome plated finish and etched graduations, metric on one side, imperial on the other.
Metric side has half mm on the top, whole mm on the bottom, with large easy reading numbers common to both scales up the middle.
The imperial side uses 'aircraft quick-reading' scales for clarity, it has decimal inches at the top for those who think in thou, and 16ths & 32nds for the fractionalists.
