URKO Model 4 range of standard woodworking F clamps feature unbreakable ductile iron heads that have been forged directly onto the bar rather than rivetted. Trapezoidal threads deliver the optimal balance of force transfer and load capacity, while at the other end a broad serrated pad of hardened tool steel engages positively on the rail so effectively that it is warranted never to slip. The heavy duty rails are zinc plated to shrug off splatter, finishes or adhesives as well as resisting corrosion.
