Moulded in one piece, Thor nylon replacement faces are shaped for extra strength at the shoulder to prevent splitting from mis-judged blows.

These faces will all naturally wear, albiet at different rates, however, they all can be easily replaced by hand.
- The extra hard yellow face is designed for abrasive or high wear repetitive applications on surfaces that are unlikely to be damaged.
- The hard wearing white face is for general purpose use.
- The medium red plastic face is suitable for light hammering and when using with precision parts.
- The brown polyurethane face is tough and abrasive and perfect for striking sharp surfaces.
- The soft PVC grey face is non-marking making it perfect for light assembly work such as flat pack furniture construction and woodworking.
