Iwasaki Multi Directional Block File

Very cleverly cut with intersecting arcs and lines of teeth, the Iwasaki block file is absolutely brilliant for hardwood endgrain; exposed ends of through tenons for example, giving a nice flat, level, uniform surface. 

32mm square mounted on a 40mm block of softwood, can also be used along the grain, levelling across joints and inlaid work, tops of wedges etc.
