These Misuzu Nigiri Japanese snips are hand-forged from a composite of the finest Japanese Yasugi Shirogami White Steel No.1 and mild steel for maximum durability. Held pinched between forefinger and thumb rather than through finger loops, they give a level of tip control not possible with a pivot scissor.
Note: Even though the surface has a rust resistant Ibushi finish, we always recommend they should be kept clean and lightly oiled.
