The Pinie® single sided solid beech mitre saw box provides support for the workpiece and guidance for cuts at 90° and 45° angles. A small batten underneath hooks over the edge of the bench providing excellent stability for use with western style push saws. If you have a tool well in your bench this style may also work with Japanese pull saws.
